SUPERIOR COURT MONTHLY CASELOAD STATISTICS REPORT

SCOMIS Report Menu Name: CSCD SCOMIS MONTHLY CASELOAD REPORT

SCOMIS Print Menu Name: MONTHLY CASELOAD REPORT

Monthly caseload statistics reports for the previous month are automatically generated for all SCOMIS counties statewide on the third Tuesday of each month. A single county caseload statistics report for any month in the current calendar year can be generated at any time from the SCOMIS reports menu. Whenever the caseload statistics program is executed, the Research & Information Services caseload database is updated with the new information.

CASES WITH ERRONEOUS INFORMATION FILING DATE(S)

REPORT

The Cases with Erroneous Information Filing Date(s) report is created only if cases which had some activity during a month were missing a valid criminal or juvenile offender information filing date. It is automatically generated after the monthly caseload statistics report, if any 'bad date' cases were detected. A single county report for any month in the current calendar year can be generated at any time from the SCOMIS reports menu; this is useful in correcting these problems prior to computing caseload statistics. Since the cases listed with erroneous information filings dates are excluded from the caseload statistics report, it is necessary to correct these erroneous dates before generating a caseload report with accurate information.
