SCOMIS TIME STANDARDS REPORT

A Time Standards Report identifies the extent to which cases resolved during a specified time period have met the advisory case processing time standards adopted for the superior courts within Washington State. This report is automatically generated after each calendar quarter for all SCOMIS counties statewide on the third Tuesday of the month following the end of the quarter. This report can also be generated for a different date range at any time from the SCOMIS reports menu.

It is important to note that because statutes and court rules govern case processing times for mental illness, juvenile dependency, and juvenile offender cases, no case processing time standards were developed. For management purposes, mental illness and juvenile dependency cases are shown relative to domestic case standards. Juvenile offender cases are shown relative to criminal case standards.
