RE: Order rescinding April 2nd emergency order on RAP 18.8(b)&(c)
Dear colleagues,
Attached is an order issued today by the Supreme Court that rescinds the April 2, 2020 emergency order temporarily suspending RAP 18.8 (b) & (c), effective October 14, 2020. After consultation with appellate courts and stakeholders, it was determined that the emergency order is no longer necessary.
