RE: Revised Dependency and Termination SCT Order
Please find attached an "Extended and Revised Order Re: Dependency and Termination Cases," which supersedes the April 30th order regarding these matters. Today's revised order updates some provisions and removes obsolete language, based on the experience and input of stakeholders involved in child welfare matters. The new order also includes a live link to the updated guidance document prepared by the dependency and termination workgroup in June 2020.
I want to express appreciation to the workgroup, which continues to meet and collaborate on these important issues. Your hard work, collaboration and innovative spirit are essential to serving the justice needs of children and families during this difficult time.
