The Budget and Funding Committee (BFC) is a standing committee of the Board for Judicial Administration.
The BFC will 1) coordinate efforts to achieve adequate, stable and long-term funding of Washington's courts to provide equal justice throughout the state, and 2) review and make funding recommendations, including prioritization of proposed budget requests routed through the BJA.
The BFC implemented the 2021-2023 biennium budget requests, BJA prioritized the requests, and the Legislature funded all but one of the requests.
