Court System Education Funding Task ForceIn March of 2017, the Board for Judicial Administration (BJA) voted to adopt obtaining adequate and sustainable funding for court system education as one of their strategic priorities for 2017-2019. In June 2017 a task force charter was approved by the BJA and work began in July. The Task Force was created to identify training and funding needs and how resources ultimately impact the public and the courts.
The Education Task Force submitted a 2020 supplemental budget request for $207,000 to purchase and develop an online learning management system. The Task Force was successful in obtaining the funding. We need your support to provide training for a new wave of judges and court system personnel.
