Is it permissible under CJC Canon 5(B)(2) for a judge to allow the placement of a candy machine in the court facilities when the proceeds from the machine will go to a nonprofit organization?

Answer

CJC Canon 5(B)(2) prohibits a judge from permitting the placement of a candy machine in the court facilities when the proceeds from the machine will go to a nonprofit organization.
