Effective date of RCW 9.94A.310 through 9.94A.450.

The following portions of the report to the legislature dated January 10, 1983, by the sentencing guidelines commission of the state of Washington and as set forth in RCW 9.94A.310 through 9.94A.450 are approved as modified by the legislature to take effect on July 1, 1984:

(1) The sentencing guidelines contained in tables 1, 2 and 3 in part V; and

(2) The prosecuting standards for charging and plea dispositions contained in part VI.
