Sex offenders -- Discretionary decisions -- Immunity.

Law enforcement agencies and the department of corrections are immune from civil liability for damages from discretionary decisions made under chapter 456, Laws of 2005 if they make a good faith effort to comply with chapter 456, Laws of 2005.
