(2) Time-in-process figures for 2002 have been updated to reflect a full twelve months' data for all divisions with the completion of statewide conversion to the new Appellate Court Records and Data System (ACORDS-II). Division II's measurements in the 2002 publication were based on the period 1/01/2002 through 11/17/2002 from the old ACORDS system, prior to their 11/18/2002 implementation of ACORDS-II. This update achieved comparability with the otherdivisions, which implemented in early 2003.
