-- Lacked Probable Cause/No Prima Facie Case--charges dismissed because the state or city has not established probable cause, or does not have sufficient facts or evidence, charging document is inadequate, or defendant cited was not the person who committed the offense.
-- Charges Not Filed Pending Investigation--charges not filed at this time pending further investigation.
-- Witness Not Present/Victim Request--charges dismissed because witnesses are not present or are uncooperative, or at the request of the victim.
-- Recall Warrant Expired--includes charges dismissed; warrant expired; recalled on state's or city's motion.
-- Other--charges dismissed on other state's or city's motion. Includes compromise of misdemeanor and charges dismissed due to defendant's current incarceration.
