1 Rules for Appeal of Decision of Courts of Limited Jurisdiction.
2 Standards adopted by the Board for Judicial Administration recommend that 90 percent of all RALJ appeals cases should be adjudicated within 4 months of the date of filing of the information, 98 percent within 5 months of filing, and 100 percent within 6 months. The figures under this heading reflect the actual percentages of these cases resolved within 4, 5 and 6 months.
3 Lower numbers suggest proportionately smaller backlogs of pending cases.
4 Time-in-process figures do not include the time cases are placed in suspended status. A case is said to be in suspended status if it is out on warrant, in mediation, stayed, in arbitration, on appeal, on post-filing diversion, or has been continued for prosecution or placed on deferred prosecution.
