4(b) For cases filed after 1/1/2023, proceedings for Minor Guardianship/Conservatorship (Gdnsp/Consv) category includes: Emergency Guardianship/Conservatorship (EGC), Emergency Minor Guardianship (EMG), Minor Conservatorship (MCE), Minor Guardianship Custody (MGC), Minor Other Protective Arrangement (OPM), and Standby Minor Guardianship (SMG). Other Protective Arrangement (OPR) and Emergency Guardianship/Conservatorship (EGC) are included in the Guardianship category.
