- Bill on judicial referees deciding quantity of water rights (the bill required almost all of the water rights in the state to be confirmed by the year 2014, creating a huge fiscal impact on the courts)
- Bills on the authority of superior courts to adjudicate water right priorities
- HB 2393 (the so-called “partial fix” to the Sinking Creek decision, giving DOE authority to resolve priority disputes between permitted water rights, and specifying the superior court’s authority to resolve priority disputes when one or more water rights pre-date the state’s permitting system)
- HB 2396 (specifying the superior court’s authority to adjudicate priority disputes that involve one or more instream flow rights)
