SUMMARY OF CHANGES TO DOMESTIC RELATIONS FORMSTwo new session laws, Ch. 42 L. 2001 (EHB 1864) and Ch. 65 L. 2001 (SB 5348), and a new court rule, GR 22, have a significant impact on the mandatory domestic relations pattern forms. Listed below are new forms developed to implement the legislative changes and the existing forms with modifications that implement the legislative changes. Also included are approved recommended changes to the existing forms. New forms developed to implement Ch. 42 L. 2001 (EHB 1864), Ch. 65 L. 2001 (SB 5348), and GR 22. Existing forms with modifications that comply with Ch. 42 L. 2001 (EHB 1864) and GR 22 and Ch. 65 L. 2001 (SB 5348) ยงยง 102, 201, 202, 204, 207, 208, and 209 (RCW 26.27.201 through .291). Also included are approved recommended changes to the forms.
