Certificates of Good StandingCertificates of Good Standing for attorneys in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association are issued by the Clerk of the Supreme Court. The certificates are $5 each and the fee must be paid before a certificate can be issued. We will not ship the certificates to third parties. You may pay by check, cash* or money order. Checks and money orders should be made out to the Washington State Supreme Court. We do not accept credit cards.Certificates will be mailed via regular mail and are usually processed the day they are received. This Court no longer sends via priority over-night shippers, should we receive a request for a certificate with a prepaid overnight shipping envelope the attorney will be contacted and other arrangements will need to be made.
