Opinions
Opinions are usually issued by the Court on Thursday and are available on-line on this court's webpage. Counsel will be e-mailed a scanned copy of the opinion the day the opinion is issued. Due to rising postage costs, hard copies of opinions will no longer be mailed, unless counsel does not have a viable e-mail address. Counsel are advised that they should maintain a current e-mail address with the Washington State Bar Association as our records for attorneys are automatically updated from the Bar’s database.
