Supreme Court Clerk's Office
Filing Documents Electronically

Beginning July 3, 2017, the appellate court web portal will be the only method to file documents electronically in the Supreme Court. There are no fees for registration or use of the portal.

The portal has many advantages for filers, including the ability to file in all three divisions of the Court of Appeals as well as the Supreme Court. When you file using the portal, other parties on the case will automatically be served with the document if they have an e-mail address on file with the appellate court for the case. After you file, an automated confirmation of filing will be sent to you. In addition, unlike filing by e-mail, there is no limit on the number of pages in an appendix.

If the document you are filing includes an appendix, please scan the document and the appendix as one document, rather than sending them as separate documents. The portal filing will be treated as the original. Do not mail a copy to the Supreme Court.
