Configuration Workshops

SC-CMS configuration workshops are a series of one-week sessions conducted by Tyler Technologies (Tyler). The workshops are designed to provide SC-CMS project Business Analysts and Court Business Office Business Process Engineers the information and tools needed to configure the Washington statewide baseline Odyssey application. Areas of focus for the workshops include Odyssey Case Manager, Financials, Supervision, Forms Design, Code Mapping, and Security.

The SC-CMS configuration workshops are scheduled from January 28, 2014 through March 28, 2014.
