Project Overview

The Superior Court Case Management System (SC-CMS) Project is a joint effort of the superior court community, including judges, county clerks, court administrators, and AOC to acquire and implement a full-featured commercial superior court case management system. Once acquired and implemented, the system will be made available to superior courts and county clerks' offices statewide.

In a special meeting held July 19, 2013 the Judicial Information System Committee (JISC) unanimously approved the SC-CMS Project Steering Committee's recommendation to execute a contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to implement Tyler's Odyssey case management system in Washington superior courts and county clerks' offices statewide.

The contract became effective July 25, 2013 and Tyler began work on September 9, 2013.
