Time-for-Trial

The Time-for-Trial Task Force was established by the Washington Supreme Court in March 2002 to review the rules and procedures that ensure the timely resolution of criminal cases. The court rules governing these procedures are criminal rules CrR 3.3 (for the superior courts), CrRLJ 3.3 (for the district and municipal courts), and JuCR 7.8 (for the juvenile courts).
