Hartford Change AGEnts

Washington received a Hartford Change AGEnts Action Community Grant, to pursue practice change goals by utilizing the Hartford Change AGEnt Online Platform as a focal point to drive conversation in conjunction with external activities. The Online Platform is a way to connect WINGS participants in each state and throughout the United States. It's a tool to keep stakeholders informed and for those stakeholders who enjoy a social media platform similar to Facebook and LinkedIn, it's a way to remain engaged between meetings and teleconferences.
