Program Materials

Office of Public Guardianship (OPG) contracts with Certified Professional Guardians (CPGs) to provide services to OPG clients. The OPG accepts letters of interests and resumes for CPGs interested in contracting with the program on a rolling basis. The Program Manual highlighting processes and expectations specific to OPG contractors. To receive reimbursement as a contractor with the state of Washington, OPG contractors submit A-19 and A-20 forms on a monthly basis and become a state vendor.
