Certified Professional Guardianship and Conservatorship Program

To achieve the greatest protection for the personal affairs and conservatorship estates of individuals subject to guardianship and conservatorship in Washington State, the Certified Professional Guardianship and Conservatorship Board adopts and implements regulations governing certification, minimum standards of practice, training, and discipline of professional guardian and conservators.
