The Management Services Division provides integrated budget planning, asset management, accounting, procurement, revenue monitoring and analysis and contract management for the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, State Law Library, Office of Civil Legal Aid, Office of Public Defense and the Administrative Office of the Courts. Division staff also provide administrative and technical financial assistance to the state's trial courts.
