Washington State Residential Time Summary Reports
The Residential Time Summary Report aims to promote awareness of the results of child custody resolutions as well as the different factors related to those decisions.
In 2007, the Washington State Legislature directed the Administrative Office of the Courts in consultation with the Department of Social Health Services Division of Child Support, to report on information obtained from Residential Time Summary Reports (RTSRs). The Department of Social Health Services provides statewide data for the RTSRs and the Administrative Office for the Courts provides the analysis. The report looks at elements such as: risk factors, type of parenting plan, legal representation, dispute resolution techniques, and county, to see how they relate to the division for residential time. These reports will come out annually and will reflect the prior calendar year's data on residential time summaries for Washington State.
