Provides overall management of the AOC based on direction and guidance from the Supreme Court. Included in those responsibilities are planning, direction, and coordination of agency operations which include:

Human Resources provides Administrative Support for the human resource needs of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, trial courts and AOC staff in the following major areas:
- Classification and Compensation
- Recruitment and Selection
- Policy Development
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
